Had a lovely breakfast at Munch in Worthing this morning. I had this delicious cheese and mushroom omelette — it usually comes with fries but I swapped for wedges to make it gluten free! Katy had a veggie breakfast which she veganised by swapping egg for avocado. We had a chat with the owner while we were leaving who told us that all of their meat sausages are gluten free! And that when they make stuff like fish pie, they use gluten free flour! The chef is also dairy free, so they’re up on their allergens. I even spotted gluten free/vegan scones and gf shortbread on the counter. Plus, loads of plant-based milks for your coffee. Definitely check them out for good classic food— in the arcade near the pier!
