Let’s talk about this.

A few years ago, gluten free was trendy. There were new gluten free options popping up everywhere.

Now, vegan is the trend. And that’s FANTASTIC. I’m a vegetarian and I love a good vegan option… but they’re actually hard to come by.

The truth is that being a gluten free vegetarian is getting harder every day. I’m almost at the point where reducing my animal consumption feels like a punishment.

My Instagram account has been a bit slow lately and this is partially due to lockdown but also very much due to a lack of gluten free vegetarian food in Worthing.

As the world opens up, restaurants have a great opportunity to review their menus to be more inclusive and bring in new customers that have previously been unable to eat at their establishments. We might be a smaller community but trust me when I say we are a LOYAL one — we love to spread the word about great gluten free foods to others in our community. About 98% of the places I eat are recommendations from fellow gluten free foodies.

Anyway if you made it this far thanks for hearing me out and hopefully I will have some more epic eats to share soon!
